Context
The project involves advising the client’s partners, such as the Traveler Information unit, on strategically developing their digital products to enhance the complete travel experience. This includes designing, developing, and operating comprehensive solutions that balance customer needs with business requirements.
Services Required
Reviewing compliance with agile practices by teams.
Removing obstacles that hinder team productivity.
Advising the Product Owner on maintaining the Product Backlog.
Protecting agile teams from external distractions.
Implementing and executing agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Promoting communication and cooperation within teams.
Training team members in agile practices and methods.
Identifying risks and problems in agile processes and mitigating them.
Coordinating Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
Project Details
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Service Provision: Services must be provided onshore from Germany; any service provision outside Germany requires client approval.
Technical Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant areas.
Skills
- Experience with applications for vehicle systems and information systems.
- Familiarity with project and process tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in guiding Scrum teams towards self-organization.
- Knowledge of leadership and team behavior.
- Skills in methodical and safe moderation of technical meetings and workshops.
