HR IT Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to HR-IT consulting projects involving SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage (sub-) projects effectively.
  • Analyze, design, and implement innovative HR concepts for clients.
  • Conduct virtual or on-site workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on technical aspects of customer proposals.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business administration, or applied psychology (AOP), or relevant HR, payroll, or social insurance certifications.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules (at least 2) and project management.
  • A positive, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A responsible, independent, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
  • Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland for project work.
