Ariston UK Ltd are looking for an experienced Training Manager, required to travel across the UK Ireland, delivering training where required. The central hub for training is Ariston UK’s Training Center in Stourbridge and training will predominantly be from this location. You will be required to manage all current and future Training Center premises as part of this role.
The Training Manager will report directly into the Parts and Service Manager, UK & Ireland, within the After Sales department. The position will be responsible for design and delivery of all training requirements in the UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for creating, designing and delivering training to all Ariston UK Ltd stakeholders within the UK and Ireland. This will require working with the Marketing Team, to understand product launches, market requirements and demand.
The Training Manager will successfully manage and implement the full training function for Ariston UK Ltd, with a view to increase purchasing potential. You will require excellent knowledge of the industry, legislation and product range. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with the Area Sales Managers and Technical Team, to reach expected numbers of training attendees. You will work in conjunction with the Product Marketing Senior Specialist, to deliver new product implementation. You will work closely with Group, based in Italy, to develop future training offering for the UK and Ireland.
