KYC Screening Analyst

Our client, a digital bank, need a team of screening analysts to join us as part of a high-quality team working on a KYC Remediation project. Successful candidates will have extensive financial services experience.

• Start Dates: October and November 2024
• Location: Fully remote (laptop collection from client hub on day one)
• Rate: £160 per day
• Work Pattern: Standard Business Hours
• Duration: End December 2024 with likely extension

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conduct screening activity to review customer transactions
• Completing international payment checks, PEP, RCA and adverse media screening
• Learn and understand the process in depth
• Effectively manage your case load ensuring production targets are met
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

• Previous KYC and/or screening experience would be a distinct advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ financial services experience
• Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
• As the role is fully remote, you are required to take full accountability for case ownership and effective time management
• Ability to work cases in line with documented processes or “How to Guides”
• Able to adapt to change, often at pace
• Ability to be flexible and reliable when working under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
