Minimum three years of construction accounting experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with fully integrated ERP systems, Knowledge of AIA Vista Viewpoint software preferred, Commercial/Contractor construction experience required.
Key responsabilities:
- Process and track payment applications from subcontractors
- Assist management with profitability projections and WIP reporting
- Manage job cost accounting, including budget control and change orders
- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and external parties
- Generate lien waivers and verify subcontractor documentation
