Minimum three years of construction accounting experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Experience with fully integrated ERP system, Commercial/Contractor Construction experience required, Knowledge of AIA Vista Viewpoint or similar software preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Process and review payment applications from subcontractors
- Manage job cost accounting and budget control
- Communicate with project managers and vendors regarding draw requests
- Generate lien waivers and verify subcontractor insurance
- Prepare monthly projection reports and assist in process development
