Job description

What You’ll Do

  • Quantitative Research
  • Program surveys online using our survey tool (Alchemer)
  • Test survey links (and check for grammar & logic errors
  • Input survey quotas
  • Manage the fielding process including launching sample, monitoring fielding, and watching sample quotas
  • Clean survey data for fraud
  • Upload, organize, and analyze data in our crosstab software (MarketSight)
  • Report development including developing charts and tables in Excel and PowerPoint and writing conclusions about the data.

Qualitative Research

  • Help with technology and take notes during interviews/group
  • Write high-level conclusions for each session
  • Analysis of transcripts

Must-Have Qualities

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • A strong understanding of quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research
  • Intellectually curious with the ability to engage in critical thinking
  • Amazing writing skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Problem solver
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Crosstab software, and Survey Software. SPSS is a plus.
