Job description

Role Summary

Our HR Business Partner will be working closely with stakeholders and HR functional teams specializing in Engagement and Talent Relations in implementing programs and initiatives aimed at supporting business strategies and fulfilling VIP commitments.

WORK SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Corporate Services and Service Delivery Leads to develop and implement VIP-related programs that will support the successful onboarding and employee experience of VIPs
  • Manage and handle performance, engagement, and VIP relations-related concerns raised by Managers and Supervisors
  • Take ownership of the governance procedures for performance evaluation, VIP assessment, and reporting
  • Manage and implement performance management processes to support VIPs and leaders to understand and manage performance and opportunities as appropriate
  • Manage and implement exit survey and discussion process for offboarding VIPs
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of general VIP-related initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Business Partnership Manager in evaluating team processes, identify and recommend opportunities for efficiencies, and execute recommendations
  • Manage the following tasks:
    • Performance management system (PIP, mid-year, and annual performance reviews)
    • Onboarding session
    • Employee offboarding processes (surveys and discussions)
    • Rewards and recognition programs
    • Workforce engagement surveys
    • Employment conversations with employees
    • Other HR projects
Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Experience in the implementation and/or development of onboarding programs and performance management systems/programs
  • Exposure to different functional teams of HR
  • Knowledge of labor laws, project management, and HR analytics
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
