Position: Business Analyst

Location: Remote (CST time zone)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in building strategic partnerships with global ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with platforms such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Phenom, Sense, and others to drive innovative use cases and develop solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Solutions: Work alongside leading global ERP systems to identify use cases, develop tailored solutions, and ensure they align with business needs.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Build and nurture strategic relationships with ERP platforms, including Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Phenom, Sense, and more.
  • Collaborate with Technical Experts: Work closely with technical teams and experts to assess the feasibility of potential solutions and ensure successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead initiatives to discover new partnership opportunities and drive collaboration that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
