Duties: Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation:

Experience on us based project is mandatory

• Lighting calculations using Dialux software.
• Design of Electrical systems (2D & 3D).
• Construction documentation (BIM).
• Detailed design (BIM).
• Power & lighting layout/design.

• Follow project QC checklist: Electrical
• Implement QC standards across the projects: Electrical
• Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the
  
  

projects: Electrical

Client Coordination

• Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status
  
  

along with the Project Lead.

• Capture and analyze the client requirements: Electrical
• Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the
  
  

supervision of the project lead.

Responsibilities: This role will have no direct reporting associates.

Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks (as assigned by

the project lead).

Overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks):

Electrical

Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• BIM360
• Navisworks
• Dialux
  
  

Domain

• Indian Electrical codes and standards / IECC & NBC.
• Working knowledge on India projects (must).
• Working knowledge of Electrical & Power systems.
• Design knowledge of Electrical systems is a must.
• Knowledge on ELV is an added advantage.
