Job description

We're seeking a talented Digital Service Design Consultant to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for senior or manager-level compensation.

Area: Consulting IT Localisation: 100% zdalnie Start: ASAP (max 2 months notice period) Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term Salary / Rate: 155 - 180 PLN net + VAT / h

Zakres obowiązków

  • Service Design: Develop and implement comprehensive Data Governance and Data Management service models ("DG&DM as a service") aligned with business objectives, roadmaps, and market best practices.
  • Service Deployment: Oversee the operationalization of DG&DM services within the Data Governance and Data Management organization and across the business.
  • Agile Methodology: Drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working, including facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Analyze and design Data Governance and Data Management service models.
  • Develop and implement service offerings, operating models, and governance structures.
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Create adoption, marketing, training, and KPI plans for service deployment.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices.
  • Onboard new team members to Agile ways of working.
  • Provide advisory on Scaled Agile Framework best practices.

Wymagania

  • Training or experience in Data Governance and Data Management (2-3 years)
  • Proven experience designing and launching digital services, preferably data services or service management
  • Expertise in organizational design, process definition, and metrics implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework, ideally as an Agile coach, RTE, or Scrum Master
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
  • English at B2+ level is a must
