ETL Developer

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data integration systems, ensuring the seamless flow of data across our platforms. This position requires a strong background in relational database systems and ETL tools, as well as a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop database systems using relational databases, with a focus on Oracle, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes, ensuring data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into target systems.
• Collaborate closely with the production environment team to ensure seamless operation and integration of data systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing systems for better efficiency and scalability.
• Design robust data structures, integration solutions, and workflows to support enterprise-level applications.
• Proactively monitor and manage data quality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across various systems.
• Participate in the analysis and architecture of new data solutions to meet business requirements and improve processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a database developer, focusing on enterprise-level IT systems.
• Proven expertise in working with at least one of the following technologies: Oracle RDBMS or PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend, with the ability to design and implement complex data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the area of data performance analysis and optimization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including production teams and business analysts.
