Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day supervision of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Communicate processes and best practices, providing coaching and delivering performance management if necessary
  • Team development management: onboarding new hires and supporting Manager to identify training/development needs for all team members
  • Holding routine meetings with the team
  • Acting as a SPOC for main program stakeholders, performs client management tasks
  • Presenting project’s results, highlights, etc.
  • Problem-solving and critical situation management
  • Identification of any possible processes improvements possibilities.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter Lead
  • Experience in leading or having an active role in setting up new processes and / or improve existing ones
  • Expert in performance management (low and top performance management, annual reviews, cooperation with HRBP, etc.)
  • Experience in customer management (incl. day to day relationship, weekly operational meetings, HM escalations, etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • A well-organized person with high time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
