An American icon, Fender was born in Southern California and has built a worldwide influence extending beyond the studio and the stage. A Fender is more than an instrument, it’s a cultural symbol that resonates globally.

We are searching for an EVH Digital Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital solutions for musicians. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of EVH’s digital product portfolio, driving the integration of digital software and hardware into our renowned line of products, and ensuring seamless functionality and creative possibilities for guitar players, musicians, and sound professionals.

Essential Functions:

  • Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement a clear product strategy for EVH’s digital products, aligning with both EVH and FMIC’s broader objectives. Identify and prioritize key opportunities in the digital space.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Lead research efforts to understand the needs of guitarists and musicians, using those insights to craft innovative digital solutions that enhance their creative experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales) to bring digital hardware and software products to market. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on product development goals and timelines.
  • Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to development and launch. Define product requirements, manage the development process, and ensure high-quality execution of both software and hardware components.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure EVH remains at the forefront of digital innovation in the music industry.
  • Launch & Performance Tracking: Drive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and post-launch activities. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all digital product-related inquiries. Ensure regular updates and communication with executive teams and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Music Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital products or within the music industry.
  • Strong understanding of both hardware and software development processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music, especially guitar technology, with a deep understanding of the needs and behaviors of musicians.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital audio workstations (DAWs), signal processing, and/or music software a plus.
