This position is for a Global Trade (GT) professional within the Collins Aerospace GT Program Office. The GT professional is responsible for sustaining Central GT programmatic tools and processes that collect key GT performance metrics and support overall program implementation and sustainment. The GT professional will establish and drive strategies for key programmatic initiatives, including identifying enhancements to GT tools and trends related to the health of the Collins GT program. This requires partnering and working collaboratively with other Collins functions (e.g., Digital Technology). Additionally, this role supports the broader development and sustainment of compliance policies, standard work, and training, and drives continuous improvement within the GT program across Collins Aerospace.

What You Will Do:

  • Support implementation, operation, and sustainment of robust GT program at Collins Aerospace through various tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI, Power Apps, Dashboards, relational database management systems, and workflows) in partnership with Digital Technology.
  • Strategic program management of GT Program Office initiatives worldwide to ensure alignment between the Significant Business Units (SBUs), Functional Groups (FGs), Central, and RTX GT teams.
  • Conduct data analytics to strategically address trends, GT program health, and areas of opportunity across the Collins Aerospace GT program.
  • Maintain applicable trade compliance records related to the GT Program Office and various tools in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience with U.S. and non-U.S. trade compliance regulations
  • 2+ years experience with key programmatic and business tools, including SharePoint, Tableau , Power BI, SAP (and/or related ERP systems), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
