On behalf of our esteemed client in the Insurance industry, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pet Claims Examiner to join their Claims department. The selected candidate will handle a variety of duties focused on the evaluation and processing of pet insurance claims. This position is fully remote.

On behalf of our esteemed client in the Insurance industry, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pet Claims Examiner to join their Claims department. The selected candidate will handle a variety of duties focused on the evaluation and processing of pet insurance claims.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review and assess pet insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
  • Effectively communicate with policyholders and veterinary professionals to gather necessary claim information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims processing in accordance with company policies and legal constraints.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge in pet health to interpret and analyze medical report.
  • Resolve claims by approving or denying documentation, and negotiate settlements where applicable.
  • Maintain detailed records of all claims activities and report on claim status to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

  • Proven expertise in pet insurance claims handling and in-depth knowledge of the pet health care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all concerned stakeholders.
