Responsibilities
Beyond major accounts, Keysight is also strategically engaged with research centers, academia, smaller and medium key accounts closely linked to a variety of market segments recognized as the highest growth generators:

In your role, your main responsibilities will be to support, expand, and grow sales, by implementing the Keysight strategy in France, through a tight customer engagement model.
As an Aerospace & Defense Account Manager you will drive the following main tasks:
- Deploy your market insights to develop and execute a successful sales plan
- Systematically prospect new potential accounts, identified as belonging to the most attractive and growth-generating market segments
- Drive the sales process, manage successfully leads and opportunities with leadership and coordination with Keysight’s technical staff and channel partners
- Understand, educate and push relevant Keysight’s solutions to create long term relationships and loyalty with customers
- Consider Keysight Leadership Model (KLM) and customer satisfaction as your key drivers
Qualifications
- University Degree, preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Ideally 8+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in Test and Measurement or related area
- Successful experience in selling complex technical solutions.
- Good understanding of the competitive environment for positioning Keysight’s unique value proposition
- Passionate about customer engagement and delivering high-performance
- Ability to utilize business and market insights expertise to identify and pursue opportunities
- Native/Bilingual French with fluent English required
- Proven communication skills at local and international level and success in a matrixed environment
- Self-motivating with high energy, drive, determination and an ability to work independently while maintaining a strong communication path with colleagues and customers
- Driving license and willingness to travel to visit clients
