🔧 Your Role: Leadership & Innovation As a key member of our team, you'll:

Lead & Innovate: Develop groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of engineering.
Collaborate Globally: Work with diverse international teams to optimize processes and deliver cutting-edge products.
Hands-On Experience: Engage in real-world projects, from Building Management Systems (BMS) to HVAC automation.
Take Charge: Make strategic decisions and contribute independently to various engineering challenges.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Academic Background: A master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or computer systems.
Leadership Skills: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Global Experience: Significant international exposure (4+ months abroad) and a passion for cultural exchange.
Communication: Proficiency in English is essential, with German as a strong advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a global perspective.
