🎯 What We're Looking For:
Academic Background: A master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or computer systems.
Leadership Skills: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Global Experience: Significant international exposure (4+ months abroad) and a passion for cultural exchange.
Communication: Proficiency in English is essential, with German as a strong advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a global perspective.
