Job description

Main Tasks:

Lead the release management process from planning, development, testing, to deployment.
Coordinate plans with the IT capacity manager, IT portfolio manager, and IT service managers to ensure optimal resource utilization and avoid potential issues.
Ensure compliance with EASA standards for testing, documentation, publication (e.g., APIs), IT security, data protection, and deployment.
Review and confirm that deployed packages match tickets, change requests, and features.
Responsible for giving the green light to changes in the production environment.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Release Manager or 5 years as a Software Tester, applying ITIL (V3 or V4).
Certified in ITIL V4 Release Management.
