  • Monitor project timelines and staff performance, addressing any resource-related issues to prevent project delays and maintain productivity.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to support the development and implementation of campaigns and evergreen content. Liaise with Sales Ops to monitor industry trends and analyse data, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making to boost win rates.

Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of Group Directors, guiding their professional development and ensuring their performance aligns with departmental goals.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a secondary contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Reporting and Documentation: Manage specific reporting requests and maintain comprehensive records of all operational data and project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
