- Analyze and model compensation programs to meet business needs
- Serve as SME on compensation-related matters and compliance
- Manage long-term incentive programs and communication with vendors
- Conduct benchmarking studies for competitive Total Rewards programs
- Support annual salary review, audits, and compliance with regulations
