This role will be working with several high profile and complex client engagements and help advance Pega's Industry wide solutions.

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Grow Consulting billings across key Enterprise clients.
  • Advocate during the sales process for a best practice delivery approach to be followed on all Pega projects.
  • Learn, then demonstrate a deep understanding of Pega’s product suite, with a focus on tools that will help enable client success while simultaneously driving our commercial business.
  • Lead efforts to define, scope, size and propose new Pega implementations to clients
  • Provide feedback to the product management and engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain deep client relationships

Who You Are

  • You can speak with confidence and clarity and can hold gravitas in conversations with C-suite executives.
  • Able to contribute and advise on client industry trends and strategic initiatives leveraging Pega services.
  • A seasoned sales and delivery leader who can quickly diagnose and understand client challenges and translate to specific Pega services.
  • Have Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and keep programs on track.
  • You are a problem solver with risk management skills. Identify and mitigate potential risks. Must also be able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to problems.
  • You bring knowledge of program management methodologies and tools. Possess strong understanding of program management methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. Should also be familiar with common program management tools such as Gantt charts, risk registers, and project management software.

  • 7 years + experience selling professional services in the Communications Industry
  • Solid reputation withing the Communications community
  • Have developed a style to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services, and product
