Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years accounting or finance experience, Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Experience with Blackline or Costar Real Estate Leasing Tool preferred, Familiarity with SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, Alteryx, Tableau, Skills in Servicenow or other ticketing systems.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide user support for CoStar tool
- Update master data inputs and manage user access
- Create and maintain reports for GS teams
- Manage Blackline operations and settings
- Maintain integrity of global Service Management workflows
