You will be HRIS Solution Architect for Group IT overseeing country implementations. You will play a crucial role in designing, governing, and ensuring the implementation is following the global standards.

Main purpose for the position:

As Solution Architect, you will serve as expert for the respective HR solution architectures, the application / integration implementation strategy and act as technical expert responsible for solution design & implementation of applications in the functional domain of HR and the surrounding solutions (especially SuccessFactors).

You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

You will be part of the Global Enterprise Architecture team being a focal point in leading and guiding the team ensuring product development and new country implementations are working seamlessly together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including P&C, IT, and business leaders, to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that encompass modules such as Employee Central including up- and downstream systems i.e., for recruitment, onboarding, payroll.
  • System Integration: Evaluate existing systems and technologies within the organization and design integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams involved in SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Solution Documentation: Document solution architectures, design decisions, configuration settings, and integration workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the organization.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (>5 years) in designing, implementing, and managing HCM solutions for large organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM software platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, processes, and practices, including employee lifecycle management and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in system integration techniques and technologies, such as APIs, middleware, Cloud, Automation, Data, and AI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results within budget constraints.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Employee Central.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices in HCM systems.
  • Experience with change management processes and techniques to drive user adoption and organizational change.
