  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Icelandic-speaking clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
  • Document all interactions in a clear and thorough manner to maintain accurate records.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Work within a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of customer service tools and platforms.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
