In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting customers with their smart home technology needs while providing top-notch service.

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. If you have a passion for technology and customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer care to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home devices through phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to smart home products.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of smart home technology to provide accurate assistance and recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and best practices in customer care.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer care, particularly in the technology or smart home sector, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
