Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, primarily in the electronics field.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is highly preferred.
  • Self-driven and capable of resolving problems efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a dedication to helping customers.
