Financial Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensure tax compliance, manage the organizations financial resources, and administer employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks, experience in international business, and expertise in handling payroll and taxes in both Mexico and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete payroll process for employees in Mexico and the USA.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage tax filings for the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
• Manage and optimize the organization's financial resources.
• Assist and collaborate with our US-based accountant on various financial matters.
• Relieve pressure on the COO by handling all finance-related tasks.

Requirements:
