POSITION :         Member Services Representative (Call Center)
LOCATION :       Remote
JOB TYPE   :       This is a LONG-TERM CONSULTING assignment.  Not Direct Hire.

PAY:                      $17.50 per hour
HOURS:               M-F  8:00AM - 8:00PM (8 hour shift assigned) with Rotating Saturday Schedule
START DATE:    11/14/2024.
 
 
 
 

Customer Service which includes provider's inquiring about current insurance coverage, previous insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, claim questions including claim status, claim payments, claim denials, etc.

  • Quality Customer Service- Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
  • Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of End Client products, policies and procedures.
  • Captures and documents customer feedback.
  • Receives, resolves, and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Interacts with other End Client staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems, particularly in Claims Services, Provider Services, ILR/COB, Payment Processing, the Provider Processing Center, Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Medical Management, Benefits Administration, Pharmacy Services and the Behavioral Health and High-End Imaging vendors.
  • PSRs handles calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility and benefits, referrals, and authorizations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years telephonic Healthcare customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.
  • Sharp organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Multi systems/multi monitors technical skills.
 
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $17.50. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
