About the Role

As an integral part of the Client’s finance team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the meticulous preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). Leveraging the specialized software, candidates will ensure that all financial documentation is accurate, compliant, and reflective of our clients' financial positions. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape governing financial reporting in Germany.


What You'll Do

  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with German HGB using a specialized software.
  • Participate in accounting and financial reporting for our clients
  • Prepare and review relevant documents for tax returns (corporate tax, VAT,trade tax)
  • Ensure proper documentation and bookkeeping in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Support in meeting deadlines and submission dates
  • Collaborate with the Berlin team and actively participate in meetings, despite remote work
