We are actively expanding and inviting an Atlassian Administrator to join our team, who will ensure the effective functioning of all Atlassian services in the company, and provide security, availability, and support for the services for the organization's employees

What we expect from you:

  • At least 3 years of practical experience working with Jira Software/Jira Service Management and Confluence (Data Center or Server version);

  • Advanced scripting with Groovy/REST API;

  • Experience working with Linux/SQL;

  • Experience integrating Atlassian products with third-party systems (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.);

  • At least three years of experience administering Atlassian applications in a large organization;

  • Strong knowledge of JQL, dashboards, and building complex reports;

  • Extensive experience administering third-party add-ons: EazyBI, ScriptRunner, BigPicture, Automation for Jira, etc.;

  • At least one year of experience working with Insight;

  • Implementation of best practices in creating and supporting complex Jira workflows;

  • User access management (Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, OpenID);


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Linux/SQL;

  • Building HA for Jira and Confluence;

  • Familiarity with Insight;

  • Familiarity with popular add-ons: BigPicture, EazyBI, Tempo, Email This Issue, etc.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Administration of all Atlassian products in the company (Jira, Confluence, including plugins);

  • Providing user support and troubleshooting;

  • Creating and managing complex Jira workflows (screens/fields/permissions/notification schemes, etc.);

  • Evaluating, testing, and implementing new versions and add-ons/plugins;

  • Analyzing current tool processes, gathering requirements, exploring potential solutions, impact analysis, communication with stakeholders, and implementation;

  • Configuring and improving Jira Service Desk;

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions in accordance with best practices;

  • Managing users and permissions according to the needs of spaces and production teams;

  • Writing and updating technical documentation such as user guides, system documentation, and training materials;

  • Preparing and conducting training for internal employees;

  • Understanding basic information security principles.
