Seeking Lateral Partner for Corporate Law Division!

-Agreements amount business owners

-Corporations & Partnerships

-Mergers & Acquistions

-Banking & Finance

-Debtor & Creditor rights

-Federal, state and local taxation

-Government contracting

-Intellectual property

-Non-profit sector

-Real Estate

POSITIONS OPEN IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Penn, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia OR Washington D.C. MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE THEY APPLY TO WORK IN

Starting salary- 225K

Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to 1M annually 

Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm
