JOB TITLE: Campaign Manager Discoverer (CMD)

OFFER RATE: PHP 50,000 per month

Position Summary: 

The Campaign Manager Discoverer (CMD) is responsible for identifying and vetting potential influencers and content creators that align with client needs and objectives. This role is crucial in discovering, assessing, and managing a pipeline of influencers across multiple social media platforms, ensuring that all influencers meet the brand’s standards for quality and engagement. The CMD will work closely with the Sr. Campaign Manager and Client Leads (CL) to ensure the discovery process is thorough, efficient, and aligned with the client's overall strategy.

Key duties include daily discovery activities, meticulous record-keeping in the Discovery Master List, and continuous communication with internal teams to ensure that the most relevant and high-quality creators are selected for campaigns. The CMD will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in influencer marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Discovery Process Management

    • Community Brief Review: Regularly review and update understanding of client Community Briefs to ensure all discovery aligns with the client's target personas and goals.

    • Creator Discovery: Conduct daily discovery of influencers on Instagram and TikTok, targeting a balanced selection of personas as outlined in the Community Brief. The goal is to add 100 new creators per client weekly.

    • Platform Balance: Allocate discovery time equally between Instagram and TikTok, adjusting based on client needs or directives from the CL.

    • Vetting Process: Ensure all discovered creators align with the brand’s content standards and target personas. Vet creators for potential to produce high-quality organic and paid content.

    • Geographical Requirements: Verify that creators are based in the United States to meet shipping requirements for product campaigns.

  • Documentation and Organization

  • Discovery Master List Management: Accurately document all discovered creators, including their platform URLs, on the Discovery Master List. Update the list weekly and ensure all entries are properly dated and categorized.

  • Creator Replacement Protocol: Follow the protocol for replacing creators as directed by the Sr. CMD or CL, including proper documentation and notification processes.

  • Bookmark Organization: Maintain a well-organized set of browser bookmarks for easy access to essential tools and resources, including client portals, the Discovery Master List, and content cataloging folders.

  • Daily Operations

    • Weekly Planning: Begin each week by reviewing the discovery needs outlined by the CL team on Slack, setting benchmarks for the week’s discovery activities.

    • Ongoing Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the Sr. CMD and CL, elevating any concerns or questions promptly.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously refine the discovery process.

  • Feedback and Adaptation: Regularly review feedback from the Sr. CMD and CL to improve the quality and relevance of discovered creators.

  • Professionalism & Compliance:

    • Adhere to Company Standards: Uphold company standards in all professional interactions and processes.

    • Attend Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the discovery process.

Measured by:

  • Number of high-quality creators discovered per week.

  • Accuracy and thoroughness of documentation.

  • Client satisfaction and feedback.

  • Adherence to weekly discovery benchmarks.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience

    • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in managing influencer discovery and vetting processes.

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including algorithmic changes, content trends, and user engagement strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze influencer performance metrics, assess content quality, and understand audience demographics.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities, including managing and updating comprehensive lists and records.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and client leads.

  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on client needs and platform changes.

  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Social Media Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools and influencer tracking software.

    • Data Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management.

    • Documentation: Experience with maintaining detailed records and managing databases.
