Most of your work will involve conversations through social media chats, with some face-to-face video calls as well. Please note that this role requires working night shifts in the Philippines to align with the US time zone, but there is flexibility within specific hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact to Sale Chat Conversion
Goal: Drive signups and revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers from our social media following. Target: $20,000 in monthly revenue, currently achieved with a 14% conversion rate.
Tasks:
1. Reach out to leads generated by our marketing team and close deals.
2. Measure success through conversion tracking of inbound lead
- Contact leads using our sales process.
- Follow up and close those leads.
2. Client Calls
Goal: Handle inbound sales calls via video and follow up with those leads.
Tasks: Attend up to 20 calls per week, with up to five calls a day, each lasting a maximum of 45 minutes.
3. Customer Service
Goal: Provide first-line support, handling tickets, answering customer questions, and seeking solutions within the company.
Tasks: Manage customer service tasks for about 1 hour per day using our ticketing system, support email or social media.
Requirements
- At least college graduate with Business Management or any related course
- 2-3 years of sales experience
