Job description

This is a remote position.

About the client: 

Our client is a global open API banking solutions provider in Middle East, Asia Africa and APAC. They are enabling banks and financial
institutions (both Conventional and Islamic) as well as the emerging FinTech ecosystem to Demystify Digital Financial Services.

Overview:

As an RPA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying automation opportunities within our processes, particularly related to our API integrations and mobile application functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that streamline operations and improve user experiences.

Job Duties:
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to determine automation potential.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions tailored to the needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand API functionalities and ensure seamless integration of RPA with open banking services.
  • Test and validate API connections to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  • Engage with business units to gather requirements and provide expert advice on automation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to educate stakeholders about RPA capabilities and gather feedback.
  • Implement testing strategies for RPA solutions to ensure reliability and performance before deployment.
  • Develop and execute test cases, documenting results and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Continuously monitor RPA processes for optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-deployment.
  • Proactively suggest improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate RPA performance to management and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3-4 years in RPA development and implementation, preferably in a fintech environment.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.


Salary:

USD 1200 - USD 1500/month
