The Opportunity: Workday Integrations Analyst

In this critical role, you will provide technical support for Workday integrations across our Financial, Human Resources, and Payroll systems. Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing and new integrations to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help maintain the quality and consistency of our HR and financial data, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting all system integrations, detecting and resolving technical issues

  • Supporting semi-annual regression testing and collaboration with various teams to enhance integration architecture

  • Designing, building, and implementing Workday Studio integrations, XML transformations, and other integration methods

  • Preparing documentation to ensure quality and consistency in integration processes

  • Partnering cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and HR to develop and implement integration enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years supporting Workday integrations

  • Expertise in Workday Studio development, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and more

  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think outside the box

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
 
The pay range for this position is below:

    • 110,000 - 120,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
