Who You Are:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will oversee the creation of compelling content that tells the story of our brand, our merchants, and our product offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to build strong relationships with our customers through content, drive engagement on our digital channels, experiment with new content types, and support our demand-generation initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports Stay Ai’s product, mission and overall brand presence.

  • Own the Stay content calendar that includes case studies, social posts, newsletters, product announcements, webinar scripts, thought-leadership articles, and collaborative content initiatives with our partners.

  • Oversee the creation of our newsletters and optimize for engagement. 

  • Create and distribute content that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn posts, videos, email marketing, Twitter/X Threads, blog posts, webinar outlines, and case studies. 

  • Experiment with new content initiatives, including webinars, videos, and podcasts.

  • Drive strategies that grow Stay Ai’s SEO, social media, video, and newsletter efforts. 

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, CS, and design teams to create on-brand content and support product launches. 

  • Work with industry thought leaders, merchants, and strategic partners to source contributed content

  • Work with Stay’s GTM team to solidify a strong brand presence in-market that generates pipeline. 

  • Execute quickly and efficiently on multiple mixed-medium content deliverables

  • Monitor the performance of content across the company’s different channels and build a set of ongoing metrics and reports.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in a content manager role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space. Experience in the ecommerce/Shopify ecosystem is a plus. 

  • 2+ years experience owning and developing a robust content distribution strategy on outward-facing channels, including virtual events, LinkedIn, and community engagement. 

  • Proven experience writing high­-quality thought leadership content of different lengths (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers)

  • Deep understanding of SEO and video marketing best practices.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Wordpress, Hubspot, Figma, and Ahrefs or similar services.

  • Experience in managing and creating social media content, with a strong understanding of best practices, formatting guidelines, and ad specifications across platforms.

  • Proven ability to create a content system that is scalable and efficient. 

  • Strong sense of ownership and project management skills, with a love for working both collaboratively and independently. 

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with a small marketing team and freelancer support.

  • Experience in a remote-only environment with strong time and project management skills.

  • Extremely strong copywriting/editing and verbal communication skills. Comfortable being in front of the camera is a bonus.
