Who are you?

 

Reporting to our Vice President, Total Rewards, you will support the company with analytics and project support in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs following the compensation strategy and philosophy of Personify Health and our Total Rewards vision. 

 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Responsible for ongoing effectiveness of pay structures, administration, and service delivery of company compensation programs, policies, and tools.
  • Develop close partnerships with business leaders and people team and offer creative solutions to specific compensation-related pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. Research and formulate recommendations for external and internal offers.
  • Partner in administering compensation programs including year-end focal process, conducting competitive market and annual incentive plan analysis.
  • Perform job analysis and ensure globally compliant and accurate job documentation is on file for all active job titles. Ensure all positions are classified appropriately according to Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and globally equivalent regulations.
  • Lead job benchmarking interviews with HRBP’s and business managers to ensure quality survey matches and responsible for the completion of accurate and timely salary survey submissions.
  • Lead company merit review and bonus processes.
  • Partner with internal peers and manage compensation processes including systems set-up, data analysis, data integrity, salary structures, competitive analysis, training, communications, and reporting.
  • Provides analysis, research, and other related activities in the support of on-going projects for compensation and human resources initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations which impact compensation plans and policies. Audit and analyze internal compensation practices with relevant regulations, such as the Equal Pay Act. Make recommendations for corrections.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation with experience in a complex global organizational environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, tools, and trends.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with HR Systems, ADP WFN or similar HRIS systems, reporting and dashboards.

  • The ability to gain alignment and represent a common point of view across multiple stakeholders.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from 85,000-100,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
