Impact Statement:
As our VP of Global Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Pax8’s global remuneration and benefits strategy. Your expertise will help us attract, retain, and inspire top talent across 20+ countries and 19 time zones, driving Pax8’s mission to be the world’s favorite place to buy cloud products.

Daily Responsibilities:
Every day, you will:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and communicate our global total rewards philosophy, ensuring we stay competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Lead a diverse team of compensation and benefits specialists to implement and operationalize the global rewards framework across the organization.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external consultants to support our total rewards strategy.
  • Prepare critical reports for board and committee meetings, ensuring clear communication of our compensation strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, driving initiatives to correct inequitable pay practices.

What You Bring to the Table:
To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing global remuneration frameworks, especially within a technology-driven company.
  • A strong track record of leading compensation and benefits teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Deep expertise in private company equity compensation schemes and a solid understanding of market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and across cultures.

Success Metrics: In 6 to 12 months, you’ll know you’re successful in this role if:

  • You have successfully rolled out a global remuneration framework that is well-received across all regions.
  • Your team consistently meets or exceeds service level objectives for compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • You’ve driven initiatives that improve pay equity and compliance across all jurisdictions.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a competitive salary starting at $230,000 USD in the US depending on experience and location.
