We are looking for a Partner Account Manager/Lead.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Led the team of Partner Account Managers;
    • Set the process of teamwork;
    • Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners;
    • Resolving challenging request from paying members;
    • Acquisition of new partnerships through multi-channel;
    • Leverage market and central team insights and develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth;
    • Provide comprehensive consultancy, support, advice and training on the use of system portals;
    • Conduct performance analysis on regional accounts and formulate development strategies for new partner acquisitions;
    • Monitor account activities to identify and precise solutions;
    • Development reporting and submission of development pipelines.

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
    • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Experience in leading a team;
    • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
    • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
    • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
