Job Summary

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll work closely with the TA or founding teams of one of our rapidly expanding partners to meet their hiring goals through a data-driven and agile methodology. By deeply integrating into our partner’s culture, you'll craft an effective recruitment strategy and consistently deliver exceptional results across all recruitment activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts and hires top talent.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimization.
  • Tracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progress.
  • Providing advice on employer branding and optimal positioning.


Requirements
You're a perfect match if you have
  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably at startups.
  • Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring a diverse array of roles spanning business and tech.
  • Experience managing hiring managers, stalk-holders, and recruitment teams positively.
  • Strong in presenting data to hiring managers, and you’re full of ideas on how to optimize hiring processes.
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATSs.
  • Excellent communicator and active listener, and a strong work ethic.
  • Has a track-record of working on multiple approaches of employer branding, and taking advantage of being a brand ambassador to attract and hire the best talent.
  • You’re fluent in English
