We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ePMO Reporting and Quality Control professional to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks, ensuring the accuracy and quality of project data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making related to the project portfolio.  

Reporting and Analytics

  - Develop, maintain, and enhance project performance dashboards and reports using appropriate tools and software.

  - Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  - Prepare and present regular management reports on project status, KPIs, and other metrics.

Management Information (MI)

  - Collaborate with ePMO, project managers and stakeholders to gather relevant project data and ensure its integrity.

  - Create and maintain a centralized MI repository for easy access and reporting.

  - Provide insights from MI to guide strategic decision-making.

Quality Control

  - Track and report on quality control standards for project documentation and reporting processes.

  - Conduct regular reviews of project data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

  - Identify trends and process improvements based on quality assessment findings.

Stakeholder Engagement

  - Liaise with project teams, senior management, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

  - Provide training and support to project teams on reporting tools and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

  - Stay current with industry best practices in project reporting and quality control.

  - Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements within the ePMO.

 

Professional qualifications / certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in project management, reporting, or quality assurance roles, preferably within an ePMO environment.

- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

- Experience in quality assurance methodologies and practices is a plus.
