They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and web development projects. This position requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, web design, and digital marketing trends to effectively support the company's brand and marketing objectives.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
    • Create compelling and on-brand visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and online ads.
    • Design and develop assets for the company’s website, ensuring an optimal user experience and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of visual content into the website.
    • Assist in the design and layout of landing pages, blogs, and other web-related projects.
    • Develop and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy and marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with content creators and social media managers to design visuals that complement written content and enhance overall engagement.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for visual content and marketing strategies.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company’s brand identity, adhering to established guidelines and style guides.
    • Regularly update and refresh design templates to maintain a modern and cohesive look across all marketing channels.
  • Quality Control:
    • Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before publication or distribution.
    • Optimize images and graphics for web performance, ensuring fast load times and high visual quality.
  • Stay Current:
    • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
    • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance design skills and stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Conversant in basic English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design work in digital marketing, web design, and branding.
