About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a GDS proficient Product Support Agent to utilise
their broad industry knowledge and experience to support our Product Operations
team. As a rapidly growing business, the position is fast paced & hands on,
covering vast aspects of a Product Operations role including both internal &
external customer support as well as booking reconciliation & fulfilment of
travel reservations.

The responsibilities of the position
• Product contract loading and associated pricing amendments & updates
• Ensure product information and pricing is accurate across internal & external platforms
• Quality checking bookings and traveller documentation to ensure accurate fulfilment
• Provide Air Ticketing and Land Product Voucher fulfilment support
• Flight cancellation & fare amendment calculation and support to sales team and customers
• Product support to sales team as required
• Monitoring and processing payments as required to preferred travel providers
• Internal & Market Travel Product Analysis to identify opportunities and maximise revenue
Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) essential
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Ticketing Agent, Product Support or Travel Consultant position advantageous
• Fare calculation and basic ticketing knowledge essential
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Home base is in the Cape Town CBD and applicant must provide own transport
• The position is not solely Mon-Fri. Successful applicant will work weekends on a rostered basis
