Hello. We’re Haleon. A new world-leading consumer health company. Shaped by all who join us. Together, we’re improving everyday health for billions of people. By growing and innovating our global portfolio of category-leading brands – including Voltaren, Sensodyne, Panadol, NeoCitran, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum – through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science. What’s more, we’re achieving it in a company that we’re in control of. In an environment that we’re co-creating. And a culture that’s uniquely ours. This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future. It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.

We are currently looking for a temporary Brand Manager (m/f/d) with the focus on Therapeutical Oral Care in our Munich office, as a key member of a Team in Switzerland.

Your Role at Haleon:

  • You will develop and implement comprehensive brand and category strategies with a long-term outlook (3-year horizon) to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Another task will be to collaborate in the creation and execution of dental detailing strategies aimed at building strong recommendations from Dental Health Care Professionals to support business objectives.
  • Leverage expert and scientific insights to develop actionable marketing strategies and execution plans that align with overall business goals.
  • You will work closely with global business units and cross-functional teams (including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance) to adapt and execute marketing assets, product innovation initiatives, and communication strategies effectively.
  • Additionally, you will continuously monitor category, brand, and competitor performance through multiple data sources, providing recommendations for course corrections where necessary. Lead efficient budget allocation and contribute to volume and value forecasting for responsible brands and SKUs.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management, ideally within FMCG and a focus on OHC.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and project management.
  • Passionate about driving brands, products and innovations to create a great experience for our consumers
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What we offer:

  • Join a dynamic team in an inspiring and international environment. Embrace an engaging culture of direct communication, or "Du-Kultur," in a central Munich location
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our company operates on a hybrid work model, with employees typically working in the office three days per week. However, the option to work from home is also available. Additionally, you may work up to 10 days per year from abroad and our flexible time-tracking models offer you further flexibility
  • We offer more than just a salary- In addition to a competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement, you will receive a performance-based bonus that rewards your contribution to our shared success. As part of our collective agreement, you will receive a minimum of 30 days of vacation, special leave for important occasions, holiday pay, an annual bonus, and a company pension.
  • The company offers its employees the opportunity to balance their professional and personal lives through flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
