Job description

Job title: Regional Leader

Job Location: Remote – Scotland & Ireland

ABOUT THE ROLE:

'(1) Lead the sales office teams to deliver financial objectives

(2) Develop all employees through regular 1-2-1's and a coaching style of leadership

(3) Ensure all facilities in the region are well maintained and FM tasks are complete and company standards are met

(4) Manage the external sales team through a Regional Sales Manager

(5) Ensure the region is delivering excellent customer service and has a growing customer base.

(6) A strong leader is required to give clear instructions and hold employees accountable for the agreed actions at each location

Working Hours:

Mon- Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm typically.

Longer hours, travel and nights away should be expected including flights to Ireland.
