The Role

As a Partner Operations Analyst part of the GTM sales operations team under the CFO organization the role will cover international business i.e. EMEA and APAC and the objective is to support the partner organization to grow by helping the business with data analysis, business insights, and day to day operations with the partner team. The role is cross-functional and will involve interaction with different parts of the organization such as partner programs, sales operations, marketing, and sales


What You’ll Do

  • Providing performance reporting and ad-hoc reporting assistance for the partner team
  • Creating dashboards for the partner team to provide full visibility of the business
  • Deliver insights via data analysis, acting as a business partner to leadership & team members
  • Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to collect, organize, and produce content for partners focused on products, campaigns, etc.
  • Help maintain partner portal content by tracking and evaluating content; ensuring information is relevant and current.
  • Provide support in the development and ongoing management of partner communities within SFDC, working closely with enablement & sales operations
  • Identify and assist in building SFDC processes to support and streamline partner engagement
  • Provide comprehensive operation support including but not limited to channel territory, channel accounts, opportunity & lead management

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Excel & Salesforce
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms) 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, not just present it
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative and knows when to seek guidance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment, any additional language is a plus
