Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in business or tax law with at least 4 years of experience in payroll processing, Fluent in German and good English, both written and spoken, Knowledge of local tax and social insurance regulations, Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Experience with SAGE software is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Maintain payroll records: new hires, departures, transfers, contract changes
- Review all deductions and allowances
- Prepare data pre- and post-payroll in various systems and databases
- Assist clients with employment contracts, policies, and regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll files and respond to client inquiries
