Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a  Research Engineer located in Suzhou (SZ), China.

Responsible for liaison between Advanced Engineering at the Chinese OEMs & T1s and the Design Center in Europe. Identifies the technical market needs and obtains feedback on MCi MCi’s new product developments.

负责在主机厂（OEM）和一级供应商（T1）与美视伊欧洲设计中心之间的沟通，识别技术市场需求并收集MCi新产品开发市场反馈。

Segment: Mechatronic Actuators for automotive Vision system, Active Aerodynamics and other innovations.

领域：汽车视觉系统的机电电机（后视镜驱动电机、摄像头驱动电机等）、主动空气动力学产品（主动进气格栅电机、空气扩散器电机等）及其他创新产品。

What a typical day looks like:

• Establishes contact with Advanced Engineering at Chinese OEM

与中国主机厂的前期研发工程部门建立联系

• Presents new MCi developments, obtains feedback and identifies technology trends

介绍MCi的新开发，获得反馈并识别技术趋势

• Translates above into recommendations for new developments. Proposes technical solutions.

将上述内容转化为新开发的建议，提出技术解决方案

• Communicates above with Design Center Europe (DC)

• Act as intermediate between SZ & DC related to product development plans

作为苏州和欧洲研发中心的桥梁，介绍新产品开发计划

• Act as Advanced Engineering contact to the Chinese T1s & OEMs

作为前期研发部门与中国主机厂以及一级供应商之间的联系人

• Identifies the need to involve DC

• Organizes and executes product benchmark

• All in close co-operation with the SZ Sales & Engineering teams

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Mechatronics Engineering background with Bachelor degree or above 

机电一体化工程背景，具有本科学位或以上学历

• Fluent in oral and writing English and Mandarin

英语口语读写流利

• 5 years minimum experience in Mechatronics development

最少5年机电产品开发经验

• Knowledge of and experience with 3D CAD software (CREO)

熟悉并具备使用3D CAD软件（如CREO）的经验

• Knowledge of and experience with the Automotive quality systems IATF 16949
  and ISO 14001

知晓并有IATF 16949和ISO 14001汽车质量体系的经验

• Experience working in a related Business to Business environment

有相关的企业对企业工作经验

• Innovative, “Out of the Box” thinking

• Ability to travel on a weekly basis in China area

• A Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or higher

• Experience with smart actuators, moving mechanics, drivers, robotics or similar

• Hardware and software experience
