The Senior Director - Channel Partner Programs & Enablement is a global role responsible for developing and executing on a cohesive strategy to ensure a world class partner experience. The person will work collaboratively with Revenue Operations, Partner Enablement, Channel Marketing and Customer Care teams to support 8x8s channel growth initiatives and Elevate program. The person will leverage their extensive partner programs knowledge to drive innovative programs to recruit and grow channel and resell partners. This role will also work cross functionally to internally promote and champion the success of 8x8 Channel Partners. This role reports to 8x8s Global Channel Chief. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and manage the overall partner experience strategy and initiatives 

  • Responsible for managing the Partner Enablement team 

  • Cultivate and grow a strategic relationship with internal teams to drive Channel Program's growth initiatives and strategy 

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance partner engagement and loyalty 

  • Monitor and analyze partner feedback, metrics, and performance to drive continuous improvement 

  • Identify areas of improvement in the partner experience and work with cross functional teams to implement necessary changes; 

  • Ensure the training catalog supports the partner journey and accelerates partners path to revenue 

  • Liaise with the global Channel Marketing organization to align GTM programs with partner journey and strategy 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of management experience in a channel environment 

  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with global channel partners 

  • Experience building innovative and creative GTM and partner programs

  • Strong project management background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; a focused listener 

  • Superior negotiation skills that drive successful partnerships 

  • Exhibits a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a high degree of personal initiative Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; meet established deadlines 

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment and accomplish tasks with self-direction 

  • Ability to be flexible and responsive; able to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards 

  • Technologically savvy; including familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce 

  • Leadership experience

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$282,375.00 - $470,625.00
